PS5 Stock Update

Delivery of Pre-Orders placed from 19th January 2021

If you successfully ordered on the 19th January you will have received your order confirmation email to the address that you placed your order with. 

As per the Priority Insured Delivery messaging on the website we will aim to ship these orders in time for them to be delivered by the 29th January. All other delivery methods will be shipped by the 5th February. Delivery timescales apply from the date the order is marked as shipped not when the order is placed.

Updates on the progress of your order are sent to the email address you placed your order with. Please keep checking. 

Our Customer Service team are unable to advise on exact shipping dates for your order.

Payments will begin to be taken from the 20th January.

Faulty Console or Accessories?

If you are experiencing any technical issues in setting up your new console then Sony have some great Start Up Guides and Troubleshooting advice on their website.

You are able to contact Customer Services if you console or an accessory is faulty however, we are unlikely to have any replacement stock at this time and therefore your item will be refunded. We recommend visiting the Sony Help Pages before sending your console back to GAME.
