PS5 Stock Update

We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to limit a specific product or products to one product per customer (which includes, but is not limited to, per postcode, per email and/or per payment method). Customers will be notified via the product display page which product(s) these terms apply to. If we detect a breach or attempted breach of these terms, we may cancel the relevant order or orders for the limited item(s).
Pre-Orders on 12/05/2021
If you successfully placed a pre-order on 12/05/2021 and you selected Priority Insured delivery your order will be shipped by the 17th May. For all other delivery methods your order will be shipped by the 21st May. Please monitor your emails for updates on the progress of your order. Payments will begin to be taken from Thursday 13th May.
Click and Collect orders will be shipped by the 21st May, you will receive confirmation once your order is ready to collect.
In line with our Returns Policy we are not able to refund individual component parts of an order. For Example; if you ordered PlayStation 5 + Additional Dual Sense Controller + Marvel's Spider-Man Miles Morales Ultimate Edition + Player1 Tee (L) as advertised on the website you can not return just the Player 1 Tee (L) for a partial refund. You must return the whole order. Orders that are received in our Distribution Centre that do not match our Returns criteria will be sent back to the original shipping address on the order.

You are able to contact Customer Services if you console or an accessory is faulty however, we are unlikely to have any replacement stock at this time and therefore your item will be refunded. We recommend visiting the Sony Help Pages before sending your console back to GAME.
