Returning an item purchased from GAME Marketplace

To request a refund or exchange, you’ll need to contact the Marketplace seller you made your purchase from. Follow these steps to contact them:

  • Sign in with your account on
  • Go to 'My Orders'
  • Select the specific order
  • Click 'Contact Seller'

The seller will respond within 3 working days. Should you not have a reply after this time, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
