What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of an order to see if it has been shipped by logging into your account. If your order is sent via a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS on the morning of delivery, please click here for information on how to track your order. 

To check your order status;

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Select 'My Orders' under 'My Account'
  3. You will now see a full list of all your orders

If you ordered using guest checkout, you will need to contact us to check the status of your order.
