What stage is my order at?

We will keep you up to date with the process of your order via email at the following stages:

  • Order confirmed (once you have placed your order online).
  • Order received (once it has reached our warehouse).
  • Order completed (once it has been tested by our quality control team). This email will also state if your order has been accepted, declined, or if we are offering you a different value from the original order placed
