What happens if my phone/tablet is identified as lost or stolen?

We check all phones and tablets sent to us using a database called MOBICODE which notifies us of the history of your phone.

If your phone or tablet is identified as lost or stolen we will be unable to accept it.

We will notify you of this, as well as the relevant authorities, and quarantine your item for a period of 30 days. During this time we advise you to contact MOBICODE.

If the flag is lifted at the end of the 30 days we will return the item to you via the courier TNT.

If the flag is not lifted at the end of the 30 days we will dispose of your item responsibly.
